A True and sad story, do not let this happen to you.

A recent email from a bride, where I was the videographer.

Good morning,

I know you only printed a few pictures to us as a gift. I was wondering if we paid you for some prints you would be able to help us out. My photographer complete messed up our wedding pictures. She didn't take any full pictures of my family and us, and the only one she has is coming up blurry on my computer. I'm not sure if this is my computer or the pixels in her shot. I am sorry I ever booked her and not going with you for both. I was hoping you would be able to help us out in exchange for a price of course. She offered us a re-do, but you can't exactly re-do wedding pictures. I was so disappointed in her work. I understand this is an inconvenience for you and not something you would normal do since this is not your work but please let me know if there is anything you can help us with or if you have any suggestions on where to print from.
